The boys are back in town!
U2 returned to their native Dublin last weekend. Their gigs were held in Croke Park, Ireland’s main sporting stadium, which holds over 80,000 people.

Getting aid into Myanmar

Aid worker reports from Myanmar

Distribution started in Myanmar
Concern’s partner Welthungerhilfe has begun distribution of food and supplies, according to Angela Schwarz, Welthungerhilfe’s regional co-ordinator for Myanmar. Welthungerhilfe is focusing its efforts in areas where it has projects, including Htan Tabin and in some of the poorest areas around Yangon and Rangoon.
Death toll rises in Myanmar
Update: up to 22,000 people are said to have died in Myanmar (formerly Burma) following a cyclone. That number is set to rise and many more are missing, according to reports.
