A letter to the newspapers

There’s a letter on its way to newspapers across Ireland and the UK, urging heads of state, governments and UN agencies not to forget the plight of the hungry and malnourished.

The Climate Chaos Wave

My boyfriend has a tattoo of a wave on his arm. He acquired it for free from a guy called Tattoo Lou. Now, I’m far too unromantic to dream about a matching tattoo, but an upcoming event in Dublin has me thinking of waves and tattoos.

Temporary tattoos, kites and banners

>> Unheard Voices: Marginal farmers in Zambia’s Western Province

Half of the world’s undernourished people, three-quarters of Africa’s malnourished children, and the majority of people living in absolute poverty, live on small farms where they struggle to grow enough food to feed their families all year round.

Unheard Voices

Over a billion people are going to bed hungry every night. 60% of these people are women, despite the fact that they produce a majority of food in developing countries.
