The Chief Executive of Concern Worldwide, Tom Arnold, has been elected to a high level international board aimed at increasing the impact of agricultural research in developing countries. Mr Arnold is one of two members from Europe on a select nine-member board appointed by the Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research (CGIAR).

His appointment follows an international selection which attracted over 500 nominations.
