Concern uses standard supply chain management procedures for the distribution of all goods and services to support our overseas work.

We try to innovate, collaborate and share resources with partner organisations to maintain supply chains that are efficient and economical. The sourcing of material aid and goods is carried out following standard processes that are as fair and as transparent as possible.

Code of conduct

Concern has established procurement policies and a code of conduct that its suppliers must adhere to. Contracted suppliers have an obligation to accept our purchasing terms and conditions.

Tenders

Depending on the nature and value of required goods and services, Concern will post “Tender Opportunities” here on our website and in other relevant media. We will also publish “Post Tender Notices” acknowledging donors for their contribution to supply contracts that have been successfully awarded. These may include donors such as the general public, ECHO, AIDCO, Irish Aid and USAID.
