How to get involved

Taking part in Bake a Difference is easy.

All you have to do is bake something delicious, sell your delicious something and return that money to Concern Worldwide. We’ll be there to give you lots of help and support along the way.

What to do

Firstly, register your interest now by sending an email to bakeadifference@concern.net. We will get in touch with you when registrations open.

Start planning!

Don’t worry if you can’t bake – your event doesn’t have to involve cake! Any community event that raises money will work. Organise a quiz, a collection, or just get your students, family, friends or colleagues together for a cake sale, gathering donations for the treats.

Location, location

You might need a venue for your event. It can be your school, your kitchen, the office or a community meeting place. Make some price tags and find some boxes to collect the cash in.

After the party

When all the baking and fundraising is done, all you have to do is return the money to Concern.

Don’t forget

We’d love if you shared your event ideas and photos with us, so take a few snaps of your event (and the scrumptious cakes before they’re gone!) You can send them to bakeadifference@concern.net, or tell us about it on Facebook or Twitter.
