Now for the enjoyable part – fundraising! Below, are all the materials, ideas and tips you’ll need to successfully fundraise for FoodAid.

There are loads of ways to raise money for FoodAid. Here are some ideas.

Tips

Once you have figured out what type of event you want to run, you can start thinking about how to do it. Download some fundraising tips here. (pdf file - 34 KB)

Events need participants, so download  these tips (pdf file - 38 KB) on generating publicity for your FoodAid activities.

Sponsorship and collections

If you are organising a sponsored event, then you’ll need sponsorship forms. 

Please remember to send us your forms with the money you collect. Our address is below.

If you are using collection buckets, you’ll need these labels. (pdf file - 2 MB) Likewise, you can use these shoe box labels (pdf file - 641 KB) to help build a collection box.

Sending your money

Once you have completed your fundraising for FoodAid, please send your reply slip (pdf file - 113 KB) and a cheque made payable to Concern Worldwide to:

Please do not send cash through the post. If you have collected cash, please deposit it in your school account (or personal account if needed) and write Concern a cheque.

FoodAid certificate

When we receive your donation, we will send you out a thank you letter and FoodAid certificate.
