Your donation and tax back
Your donation can make a huge difference, more than once. By simply signing your tax relief form (pdf file - 109 KB), you could help Concern claim millions of euro back from the Revenue Commissioners.
Have you have donated to Concern in the past four years? With just a quick flick of your pen another donation, courtesy of the taxman, could be heading to Concern at no extra cost to you.
Give more without spending a cent
There are two criteria: if you are a PAYE taxpayer and have donated €250 or more in any of the previous four years, then Concern can claim tax back from the Revenue Commissioners.
Every year we send out tax forms to be signed by Concern supporters who meet these two criteria.
If you haven’t received your tax back form in the post then you can download it here:
>> Download tax form (pdf file - 109 KB)
Simply complete the form and return it to Concern's Freepost address: Concern, Camden Street, Freepost F 1906, Dublin 2.
Returning means millions
Concern could claim a massive €7,000,000 from the Revenue Commissioners if everybody who received these forms in the post returned them to us.
If the tax relief is not claimed by Concern, the money stays with the taxman.
You can calculate the approximate net value of your donation of €250 or more by using our simple tax calculator.
Self-assessed
Please don’t use this form if you are a self-assessed tax payer. This form only applies to PAYE tax payers. Details for self-assessed tax payers are outlined in our frequently asked questions section.
Saving children like Angeline
Angeline is from Burundi. She is seven months old and weighs only pounds. Her mother died from anaemia in December, and now Angeline is now being cared for by her aunt Jacqueline. Jacqueline has no children of her own and so cannot breastfeed Angeline, who is not getting the nutrients she needs to grow strong and healthy.
Tiny and weak
One in every 10 children born in Burundi dies before their first birthday. Angeline is tiny and weak – she could so easily be one of these children that does not make it.
Regain her strength
Angeline is being treated at a Concern-supported health clinic where she is getting antibiotics and a highly nutritious treatment food called Plumpynut. She’s being monitored by local health workers to ensure she regains her strength. But there are thousands more children like Angeline not getting the treatment they need.
By just signing your tax form you could help save the life of a child. Please sign and return your form today.
