Evaluation of Concern response in North Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo
In late 2008, escalated fighting caused widespread displacement in North Kivu province, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Body: Concern responded providing emergency assistance, using funding from the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) and Irish Aid.
Repsonse
Concern’s nine-month emergency project sought to help displaced and host families in Masisi territory by increasing access to food, water and other essential non-food items.
This report is the product of an independent evaluation conducted in August 2009.
