Supporter Services Administrator

To administer all UK donations within specified turn around times and to provide an efficient donor care function for all UK offices.

1.    Processing of donation batches on ThankQ, expediently while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy
2.    Processing of donations received - opening Post and Preparation for banking ensuring that all activity is carried out in full compliance with Concern’s financial and administrative policies and procedures.
3.    Assisting with the Regular Giving Process
4.    Timely thanking and receipting of all donations
5.    Processing credit/debit card donations using bespoke software
6.    Database maintenance, regular cleaning and updating of donor records ensuring accurate and current information is available
7.    Confirmation of Oral Gift Aid and dealing with returned mail
8.    Importing online credit cards
9.    Fulfilment of Welcome Packs for new donors, within specified time period of receipt of donations
10.    Timely fulfilment of specific fundraising campaigns
11.    Reception duties as required
12.    General Office admin duties and stock control
13.    Undertake project work as may be required from time to time
14.    Some travel to other Concern offices may be required.

1.    Excellent and accurate data entry skills to ensure data integrity and quality on the fundraising database
2.    Candidate must have good administrative and organisation skills
3.    Have the ability to work as part of a team and be flexible in being able to respond to a varying workload in an extremely busy environment
4.    Experience of cash handling and banking of same
