Fighting Malnutrition in Malawi

In October, we held a special briefing event in Glasgow on our Community Therapeutic Care (CTC) programme, a pioneering approach to dealing with malnutrition in the developing world.
Our guest speakers Alice Nkoroi, CTC manager in Malawi and Liz Grant from the Scottish Executive provided an insight into how this innovative programme is changing the face of malnutrition in the developing world and is equipping local communities with the skills and knowledge to help themselves. The event also presented a fantastic opportunity to announce the Scottish Executive's a quarter of million pound boost for CTC in Malawi.
