Chad emergency programme

This report presents the results of the evaluation of Concern’s programmes in Goz Beida. Chad. Written by Groupe URD (Urgence Rehabilitation Development).

These programmes were supported by UNHCR, Irish Aid, the Disaster Emergency Committee and Concern US.

The evaluation team consulted Concern staff in Ndjamena and Goz Beida.
