This three-year project is funded by DFID and implemented through a partnership between Concern Worldwide and CDF.

It started in 2006 and was extended for one year with resources from Concern.
The present project is built on the self-help groups formed by Concern. The focus of these groups has been providing microfinance services to their members. This is evaluation is meant to document the progress made and impact of the project and assist the development of a future strategy.
