The Listen First framework

The "Listen First Framework" sets out how four principles can be put into practice. The principles are:
- Providing information publically
- Involving people in making decisions
- Listening (feedback & complaints)
- Staff attitudes & behaviours
The idea behind the Listen First project is to ensure our work truly reflects the needs of the poorest and most marginalised people. Read more here.
