50 for 50 campaign

For 50 years we've worked with the world's poorest people. With your help, we have achieved so much in the past 50 years but sadly, bitter conflict rages in many parts of the world.

To mark our fiftieth year, we're looking for 50 companies to commit €1,000 or more to our work in conflict-affected Syria.

Civil conflict in Syria

In its eighth year, the conflict in Syria has forced over 11 million people from their homes and an estimated 5.3 million Syrian children are in desperate need of help.

Child-Friendly Space Centre

We are supporting displaced Syrian children through child-friendly space centres. In these centres, we provide a space when children can learn and play in a secure environment and can get the emotional and psychological care they need.

Ibrahim attends a Concern centre and takes part in the activities on offer to allow children to express feelings of fear, loss or grief.

I feel happiness when I come here, especially because I have new friends. I like everything here but my favourite activity is sport.

Will you help?

To mark our milestone year, will you support our 50 for 50 campaign? By donating, you and your company could provide Syrian children with an invaluable space to feel safe, grow, laugh and enjoy being a child again.
