In 2012/13 Concern undertook an emergency response project in Masisi in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  

The evaluation focused on understanding the results of the intervention and generating lessons to inform Concern’s programming in Masisi and beyond. It sought to assess the appropriateness / relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the project; identify lessons learned and provide practical recommendations to Concern for future programming; and support the organisation’s commitments to accountability to donors, government, public, and beneficiaries.
