This paper examines the sustainability of water services in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This brief details the way the rural village of Mande, in the South-Eastern province of Tanganyika, has been applying the Life-Cycle Costs Approach promoted by the DRC WASH Consortium to ensure the sustainability of the water point which was installed by Concern Worldwide.
