    This is the 2010 version of Concern's programme cycle management system.

    Concern’s Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PM&E) Guide aims to provide practical step-by-step advice on how to plan, monitor and evaluate a Concern programme. This Programme Cycle Management System (PCMS) complements the contents of the PM&E Guide by providing the specific management procedures to be used to ensure that the programme cycle is followed to high and consistent standards.
