Here is an excerpt from the document:

The findings suggest that Concern’s education programme design in Burundi was achieving a high level of alignment and support for Government strategic education plans from 2009-2016. Concern’s priorities at the time of the education programme inception included helping government achieve its goals of: improving access and equity, improving quality and helping build institutional capacity of decentralised education service through the school management committees. The CWB education staff had also built a strong working relationship and partnership with national, provincial and commune level officials involved in education and development which was visible throughout the evaluation process and demonstrated in the fact that many of the national government agencies saw Concern Burundi as leading on educational programme delivery in the country. Another significant result of the CWB programme was that it worked with all schools across the Province and demonstrated a level of scale which could be replicated in other provinces in the country.
