Concern’s country offices contribute to the campaign on ending all forms of violence against women in a number of ways. These include raising awareness about women’s rights and violence against women, strengthening local work and women’s rights and taking part in various forums that pressure national governments to implement promises that aim to eliminate violence against women.

Tanzania

To recognise the importance of the 16 Days of Activism Against Violence Against Women, Concern Worldwide Tanzania are collaborating with the Civil Society Organisations (CSO) Gender Coalition which is made up of 6 international and 20 national civil society organisations and with their other partner organisations.
