The overall objective of this two year project is to support the achievement of Cambodia’s Millennium Development Goal (MDG) 1 (to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger). The project is implemented through four Pursat province based LNGO partners. The review took place in January 2012 and followed the project’s quarterly review process for the first year of the project. This quarterly process is working very well. It is carried out separately with each partner agency. The mid-term review included visits to villages to meet the full range of project stakeholders and to observe the full range of activities. Feedback was given to village and partner participants at each stage of the work. Preliminary findings were presented at a workshop in Phnom Penh for the two senior staff members of each partner agency, senior programme staff from Concern, and a representative of the European Union in Cambodia.
