The Listen First framework

The "Listen First Framework" sets out how four principles can be put into practice. The principles are:

  • Providing information publically
  • Involving people in making decisions
  • Listening (feedback & complaints)
  • Staff attitudes & behaviours

The idea behind the Listen First project is to ensure our work truly reflects the needs of the poorest and most marginalised people. Read more here.
