This is Concern Worldwide’s submission to a recent parliamentary inquiry run by the All Party Parliamentary Group on Agriculture and Food for Development in the UK.

In this submission, Concern argues that with the right financial, social and technical support marginal farmers can become more productive, helping to ensure sustainable food security for themselves and their families.
