Yeah, people have loads of questions when it comes to the fast, and I’ll answer a few of them here.

What’s it like?

Plenty of Concern’s employees have done the fast before, and talk about their experiences in this YouTube video. Secondary schools play a big part in the fast too. Watch students talking about their experiences here.
