If they used a water distillation system to turn the sea water to drinking water it would help them. These units could be powered using solar panels. It would be the best investment while also building a water system to accept the water. its a lack of structure in Africa that is killing the people and the wealth. Where are the water towers. They should have enough water towers to build up to accept water when it floods. Then storage is a key issue. We are our brothers keeper. They will get to heaven and be there to open the door for us and what will we say to them then. A million gallons of water from across the world is the goal for 2010. A pipe from the sea to processing plants locally.
