This second video, below, shows Hans Zommer from Dóchas speaking out against the cuts.

Both videos were taken last week, when 222 representatives from the development sector gathered outside the Department of Finance. This number represented the €222 million cut from the aid budget, the effects of which are already being felt around the world.
