Donate in memory (in memoriam)
Please accept our sincere condolences if you have recently lost someone.
Concern is extremely grateful to you for considering us at this sad and difficult time.
Building better lives
Your donation in memory of a loved one will help those people who face a daily struggle against poverty and suffering. The donation you give will help build better lives for these people and their families.
Ways of donating
Making a donation is easy. It can be made in several ways:
- Make a donation online by clicking here
- Send us a cheque or postal order (full address below)
- Cash donations: download this form and post it to Concern
The Dublin office address: Concern Worldwide, 52-55 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2.
Donations in lieu of flowers
People can also request donations to Concern in lieu of flowers at a funeral or memorial service. If this is something you are considering, you might include this wording in your loved one's death notice:
Donations in lieu of flowers to: Concern Worldwide, 52-55 Lower Camden Street, Dublin 2.
A lasting impact
You can also choose to establish a named tribute fund in memory of a loved one. This means that you will fund specific projects run by Concern. These projects are part of Concern’s core programmes that focus on education, health, emergencies, livelihoods, HIV and AIDS.
You can also choose to fund programmes in a particular country. Click here to see where we work.
Establishing a tribute fund is a memorable way to celebrate the life of a loved one and to make a lasting difference to the lives of others. Once the fund is established, you can make donations to it at any time. That gives you the option of donating whenever suits you and of hosting fundraising events during the year.
Concern will of course provide fundraising guidance and support if requested.
