Leaving a legacy

Leave a legacy that lasts for generations.

Photographer: Michael Mac Sweeney / Provision Concern is committed to working with the world’s poorest people. Remembering Concern in your will means we can keep responding to emergencies and help people lift themselves out of the cycle of poverty and hunger.

Emer McDermott told us why her father left a legacy to Concern in July 2008, "Dad just couldn’t bear to know about how the children in the world were suffering and not do something."

What could my legacy do?

  • €100 could support a vulnerable family through emergencies by providing essential food aid
  • €5,000 could build an irrigation system for a whole village in Ethiopia helping the community to grow more and better crops
  • €50,000 could build two schools in Niger with three classrooms in each for local children
