Achievements in Darfur
- 175,000 people – including newly displaced families – received emergency relief items
- Our nutrition and food projects reached 236,188 people, helping reduce malnutrition
- Nearly 180,000 people now have access to safe water and sanitation
- 31,780 people are earning a more secure living because of our livelihoods work
Achievements in South Kordofan
Concern Worldwide reached 11,550 poor people through a variety of projects in North Sudan. This included: distributing seeds, seedlings, tools and small livestock; building a seed bank and training a committee to manage it; forming and strengthening village development committees and support and training for local partners.

- 7,800 people directly benefited from our water and sanitation work
- We supported two primary health centres serving 2,200 people
Achievements in South Sudan
Concern worked closely with the government in South Sudan, developing an integrated healthcare and nutrition programme. We also handed over a new, fully equipped education office and six primary schools to the government.
7,255 children in 25 primary schools benefited from new school materials, while we provided training for 375 teachers and other staff.

- 69,208 people benefited from refurbished boreholes, wells, pumps and pit latrines
- 193,020 people earned a more secure living through our farming and livestock projects
- 17,320 households received seeds, locally made tools and/or fishing equipment
- We helped community health workers treat 2,618 children and 464 adults
- Concern provided care to 585 severely malnourished children
