Most importantly, every ticket makes a BIG impact for malnourished children in countries like Kenya.

In Nairobi, the worsening cost of living crisis has caused food prices to soar.

Susan did all she could to provide for her family, but unable to afford even the most basic foods, she often had to go without so that her son, Ian, could eat.

She was heartbroken when he grew weaker, and, after rushing him to a Concern-supported clinic, she was told the horrifying news that her son was severely acutely malnourished.

With the support of people like you, Ian was placed on one of our nutrition programmes that helped get him on the road to recovery.

He was given a course of emergency therapeutic food that meant he was soon showing signs of improvement – and his bright personality came back. Susan told us happily: “Ian was very weak. Today, he is happy and enthusiastic. He glows.
