Food and Nutrition Security through Equitable and Climate Smart Food Systems (Yoti Yoti)The Yoti Yoti Programme is responding to increasing food and nutrition insecurity in Sierra Leone, the overall goal of the project is to increase vulnerable households’ resilience to food and nutrition insecurity by strengthening food systems in Tonkolili and Port Loko Districts in North West Sierra Leone.
Support to the National Safe Blood Service in Sierra Leone€50,000 from funds received by Concern from the Irish public provided an immediate essential short-term solution to the blood shortage crisis in Sierra Leone potentially saving over 17,000 paediatric patients, or over 5,000 women’s lives.
