Most importantly, every ticket you buy or sell makes a BIG impact for vulnerable people in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Raging conflict is causing extreme food scarcity in the DRC, devastating the lives of people like Feza, who lives in the Kalemie territory.

Feza and her husband work as farmers, but they still don’t earn enough to feed their five growing children. They’ve often been forced to get by on just one meal a day – not nearly enough to keep hunger at bay.

The extreme scarcity of food in the DRC left Feza's children in grave danger of malnutrition but, thanks to kind supporters like you, Feza was able to receive immediate food assistance including flour, oil, beans and salt, so she could feed her family.

She also received seeds and tools to grow her own nutritious crops of cowpea, peanut, and maize - ensuring that her children will be safe from hunger in the long term. And she’s now selling her leftover crops to help put her children through school too.
