The purpose of this paper is to summarise findings and learning around the key barriers to adequate IYCF practices faced by the extremely poor people living in urban areas of Bangladesh. Most of the information was collected in different phases of Concern Worldwide, Bangladesh's Integrated Urban Nutrition Project.
