Somalia cash and voucher transfer programme
This report was produced by the Cash and Voucher Monitoring Group.
This report is the result of a unique partnership involving 14 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) providing cash-based interventions in response to famine and humanitarian emergency in South Central Somalia from September 2011 - March 2012.
This publication covers aid activities implemented with the financial assistance of several donors, including UNICEF, and contributions (through the Cash Consortium) from the Danish International Development Agency (DANIDA), the European Commission Humanitarian Office (ECHO), the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and the UK Department for International Development (DFID). Adapting infant and young child feeding in the context of COVID-19 in Somalia
This case study outlines the changes required to the Concern-supported infant and young child feeding (IYCF) programme in Somalia to ensure continued access to vital IYCF individual and group counselling services, tailored to the COVID-19 context, in a way that minimised the risk of transmission of the virus.
